There's something hauntingly harrowing about losing a final. On hindsight, things might have been done very differently, clinging on to the hope that the result would perhaps turn out for the better. United were simply overawed by the occasion and didn't turn up. It's in their DNA to look forward though, to set things right the next season and though there isn't anything immediate to look towards for now, perhaps the mid season break might do the team a whole lot of good. We're gutted but we'll never die, bring on next season.
